Nick Ovenell is an MSc graduate in Transport Engineering and Planning from the University of Salford. For more than five years, he has been employed with Mott MacDonald Ltd., currently as Principal Transport Planner. Prior to that, he worked as Consultant for AECOM in Liverpool.
His key skills include project management, public transport strategies, bus and rail strategic planning, transport assessments and studies, and parking strategies.
Nick successfully managed a number of projects in various British cities, such as Manchester, Liverpool or Chester, aiming at better and more efficient rail and bus public transport as well as tackling future capacity pressures, on the one hand, while always taking into account the interests of the respective investors, transport operators and other stakeholders.
