Attending and speaking at the «Smart and Healthy Municipal Public Transport» conference in Pilsen last April was a most enlightening and informative professional experience.

While I enjoyed the variety of subjects covered, I was most impressed by the quality of the speakers and of the translation services. Best of all, I appreciated the opportunity to meet several personalities of authority of the public transit world and establish professional contacts.

With respect to the logistical aspects of my trip, I received nothing less than a personal, extremely efficient service. I was concerned that my lack of knowledge of the Czech language would be a problem, it was never an issue. All logistical elements, while in the Czech Republic, were taken in charge by the conference organisation; transportation requirements were all satisfied and the hotel accommodations were very comfortable and pleasant.

Not only was I treated like a VIP, but from a professional point of view the conference was enlightening and from a personal point of view I discovered a beautiful country.
