Graduated in 1993 from Technical University of Poznan obtaining MSc in Electric Engineering (Automation).
For the last 14 years with Solaris Bus & Coach working :
For the first 8 years in Technical Office as Electric / Electronic Engineering Manager and Research and Deveolpment Manager (responsible for introduction of CAN based installation to Solaris products, coach electrical system, trolleybuses, hybrid buses)
For the last 6 years in Export Department as Key Project Manager and Export Technical Manager (active in key projects in various markets and supporting Export Department in technical matters).
Earlier working in Electronic and Automotive Industry in USA and Poland.
