Martin Chval

Martin graduated with a master’s degree in education from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen with a specialisation in teaching maths and applied science at the key stage 3 (middle school) level.

Initially a programmer at Inel, spol. s r.o., he was promoted to head of the SW department. In 1995 and 1996 he became the branch director of Oasa Computers, s.r.o., a laptop computer dealer and service provider. He moved on to become network administrator at Škoda Služby, a. s., until 2004.

He now works at Pilsen’s municipal transportation company, PMDP, a. s., as director of the Pilsen Card department. Here he manages the department and strategy and develops projects for the Pilsen Card multi-functional municipal chip card system.

He is a Certified Project Manager IPMA Level C®
