Jiří Kohout

Jiří is a project manager at Pilsen Municipal Transport Company. He is responsible for urban transport planning and strategic development and has been behind the successful implementation of projects to create a public transport control centre, an intelligent stop system and internet timetables, among others. Public transport is his passion. He specialises primarily in intelligent transport systems and the promotion of electromobility. He holds a Ph.D. in mathematical modelling from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University.
